Strip & Resheet

When existing roofs—such as corrugated asbestos cement sheeting—cannot be safely encapsulated, we provide complete strip and resheet services. We safely remove and dispose of old materials before installing a brand new, high-performance metal roof system.

When You Need Strip & Resheet

Your existing roof is severely degraded, leaking, or constructed from hazardous old materials like asbestos sheeting. Repetitive spot repairs are no longer cost-effective or structurally viable. You are undertaking a comprehensive structural refurbishment of an older industrial or residential building. Your current roof structure can support a new engineered metal roof once the old layers are removed.

How We Do It

We survey the existing roof buildup and plan safe removal and waste disposal procedures in compliance with regulations. We strip away the old roofing materials and inspect the underlying timber or steel purlins. We repair or reinforce the substrate as needed before laying new vapour control layers and insulation. We install your chosen metal roofing system to deliver a secure, weather-tight finish.

What to Expect

Strip and resheet projects are planned efficiently to minimize weather exposure during the transition phase.
